ItemAPI is an independent data technology service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., Shopify Inc., or any other marketplace. The service provides structured product data from publicly accessible sources through a unified HTTP API (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, ItemAPI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

ItemAPI provides data obtained from publicly accessible sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service. Data is provided "as is" and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify critical data before relying on it.
API keys are personal to your account. You must keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all requests made using your API keys. If you suspect an API key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately through your dashboard and generate a replacement. ItemAPI reserves the right to rotate API keys at any time for security reasons.
Pricing. Fees for paid plans are as listed on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this section.
Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at admin@itemapi.app with your request. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Usage. API request quotas reset at the start of each billing period. Unused requests do not carry over.
ItemAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. ITEMAPI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ITEMAPI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, documentation, branding, and API design, are owned by ItemAPI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this website (including eBay and Shopify) remain the property of their respective owners. ItemAPI's use of such marks does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
ItemAPI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
